Ingredients
1 pkg HOMESTEAD OATMEAL RAISIN COOKIE MIX
1 cup butter, softened
1 egg
1 t vanilla
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°.
In medium bowl, cream butter, egg and vanilla.
Add cookie mix gradually; blend well.
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes. Remove to cooling rack.

Ingredients
1 pkg HOMESTEAD GINGER SPICE COOKIE MIX
3/4 cup butter, softened
1 egg
1/4 cup molasses or sorghum
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.
In medium bowl, cream butter, egg and molasses.
Add cookie mix and blend well.
Roll dough by tablespoonfuls into balls; place on ungreased cookie sheet. Press to flatten balls slightly.
Bake 10-12 minutes. Remove to cooling rack.
