I received Wisconsin maple syrup. I was told I couldn’t return because it was a food item. I got an$11.00 credit, but was upset I didn’t receive the item I ordered. The customer service rep was not professional at all in handling situation. I called 3times to ask all with someone without a call back. Very frustrating experience.
