    Kamut flour

    This is the first time I have had Kamut flour. I ordered it to include in multi-grain sourdough bread, but first tried it in pancakes. I used my regular recipe from the Tassajara Bread Book, and it needed quite a bit more buttermilk. The result was delicious. As always with the Gristmill, the flour was fresh milled.
