Homestead Gristmill 1760's Water Mill

Why?

A water-powered stone mill made in the 18th century was transported from New Jersey to Waco. It's been running here since 2002. We actually have 3 or so mills in the restored barn-wood building, of various sizes. They're in use milling throughout the day to make a variety of flours for sale on site.
