I was looking for a more authentic and natural cornbread versus something you get out of a box at the grocery store. I think if you’re looking to enjoy a good cup of chili while imagining yourself out on the range with the Rocky Mountains in the background then this cornbread is for you. The only thing better than that is if your actually there.
