Maple Buckwheat Pancakes
Hearty buckwheat pancakes, flavored with maple syrup and butter.

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 t soda
- 1/2 t baking powder
- 1 cup HOMESTEAD WHOLE BUCKWHEAT FLOUR
- 1/4 t salt
Directions
- Beat the egg; add sour cream, maple syrup and milk; mix until the syrup is well blended.
- Measure dry ingredients and sift into wet ingredients.
- Mix with a whisk and pour about 1/4 cup of batter at a time onto hot griddle or skillet.
- Serve as desired.
