Cinnamon Spelt Cake

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup soft butter
- 1 1/2 cups Sucanat
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups HOMESTEAD WHOLE SPELT FLOUR
- 1 t baking powder
- 1 T cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Cream butter and 1 1/4 cups Sucanat; add eggs and blend.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Pour into a 9″ x 9″ oiled baking dish. Sprinkle top with 1/4 cup Sucanat.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Cool before cutting.
