I made a sour cream chocolate bundt cake with this wonderful flour blend, and it tasted like the sour cream chocolate cake my mom used to make. I am thrilled as I haven't been able to make her cake work since moving to higher elevation, and this gluten free gem changed all that! The cake using this flour had a great texture as well as flavor, and raised well, and held together while staying moist, yet, light. The added benefit was our gluten sensitive daughter could enjoy it too, and we all benefited with a scrumptious dessert that satisfied all of us! Kathy Zlomke
