Merchandise Returns
Prior approval is required before merchandise can be returned. A refund will not be issued until the returned item has arrived at our store. We are not responsible for damage or spoilage occurring after delivery of your package. Please have your order shipped to a location where someone will be available to receive it. Open your package promptly and store the items appropriately.

Shipping
While we try to maintain adequate stock of our grains and kitchen utensils, there are times when we may have to make or special order one to fill your order. If we are unable to ship your order within 2 business days, we will call or email to let you know.

Expedited Delivery We ship Monday through Friday. If you order a 2 day expedited delivery on Thursday and if we have the order in stock and ship on Friday - UPS will not deliver until TUESDAY
